These terms and conditions govern your use of the AnMar Wellness Navigator application operated by AnMar Pharmaceutical & Food Services Ltd. By using this application, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Application
This application provides general wellness guidance and product recommendations based on your questionnaire responses. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace professional healthcare consultation.
2. Recommendations
Product matches are generated by a controlled, deterministic evidence-ranking system using approved AnMar product relationships and your selected preferences. The Navigator is not a medical-suitability assessment and does not determine medication interactions, diagnosed-condition suitability or safe combined nutrient levels. Where a safety disclosure is made, personalised recommendations may be paused. Always read the product label and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
3. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where required. An order is subject to stock availability and is accepted when payment has been confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable goods. We will not increase the price of an accepted order; if an obvious pricing error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. 4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate and current. Product formulations and packaging can change, so the physical product label supplied with your order remains important and should always be checked before use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. Subject to those rights, the Wellness Navigator is provided as general wellness information rather than medical advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional healthcare assessment.
6. Accounts & Account Deletion
Some features allow you to create an AnMar Wellness account and save information for later use. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may permanently delete a non-admin customer account from the Account & Data Deletion page in the application. Account-linked wellness and saved-content records are deleted or anonymised as described in our Privacy Policy. Order, invoice, payment and transaction records may be retained where required for fulfilment or legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer law applicable where you live. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
