Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the AnMar Wellness Navigator application, operated by AnMar Pharmaceutical & Food Services Ltd.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to valid United Kingdom addresses only. Checkout validates a UK postcode and does not accept overseas delivery addresses.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery: £5.99 for orders under £50.00. Free for orders of £50.00 and above. Delivered within 3–5 working days within the UK.
Express Delivery: £8.99 for all orders regardless of basket value. Delivered within 1–2 working days within the UK.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to process paid orders promptly. Standard Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days and Express Delivery at 1–2 working days within the UK. These are delivery estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If an exceptional delay means we cannot deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law, we will contact you.
4. Order Tracking
Where the selected carrier provides tracking, the tracking reference is added to your order when it is dispatched and may also be included in the dispatch email. Logged-in customers can view order status in My Orders. If no tracking reference is available, please contact us if you need help with a delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@AnMarpfs.com as soon as practical after the expected delivery date.
6. Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled by AnMar Pharmaceutical & Food Services Ltd. All order processing, stock management, and shipping are handled directly through the AnMar Wellness Navigator platform.
